Get Over with Low Self-Confidence: Loose Yourself

from: Christine Gray

"I can do anything!" - Say to yourself now.

Others may say otherwise of course, but be sure to shut your ears from them. They are the naysayers who know nothing but to destroy the faith you have in yourself. They are those who gain their foolish confidence by demeaning others who have been trying to pull themselves out from the mud that has splattered on them. they are those who find satisfaction in seeing other people fail.

Well, these are what they are capable of doing. Anybody can do almost anything after all.

Low self-confidence is actually the lack of belief in oneself. It all stems in the negative way by which the mind runs and the negative perception one has for himself. This must not be the case though. However, with plenty of negative inputs coming from the environment of the person and the negative perception he has for himself, it is inevitable that the person would react negatively.

But you see, looking at this phrase in another context, you will find wisdom in it, enough to really boost yourself and wipe low confidence away from yourself.

As much as each one of us has a beast within, there also is a consummate genius that is embedded in us. Only, some tapped this and have received their glory through using the gifts that they have. Others are quite late in discovering themselves.

If only we would believe in everything positive, then we all could have arrived to more meaningful and fruitful existence. Sadly, many among us choose not to use our own limitless powers. Instead, we have them exchanged for mediocrity.

It would sound unbelievable if we would say that you have powers within you, but the thing is, you truly have powers beyond your knowledge. You only have to accept them and use them as you will. To improve yourself and to get you out from the dirt of low self-confidence.

Break free from the lies that your world has brought upon you. Break free from the negative ions that had been infiltrating you for long. Break free and experience life from the brighter sides.

There is no sense in living a melancholic life that offers you nothing but doubt against your capabilities. There is no sense in living miserably because you denied yourself of happiness. And it is nonsense to continuously make yourself believe that you cannot be like those who achieve well when actually, you are just as equal as they are, only they are confident of themselves.

You don't have to stay forever as the eagle that made itself believe he is a chicken and therefore, is not capable of soaring heights. That is foolishness. Why not strip yourself off from your low self-confidence and spread your wings like true eagles? That way, you'll achieve more, you'll be great at your own ways, and you'll develop fully as a true human should develop.

When will you realize that you've had enough of the dirt of low self-esteem? You know fully that lack of belief in yourself would deliver you anywhere but to happiness.

You say you can't perform things like others would perform them. And that, you say, cause you to be a bit more conscious of everything you do until eventually you become less confident of yourself. And since there are too many naysayers that you tune in to, you'll eventually find yourself retreated in your own world, away from the people who could have helped you if only you didn't listen to those who wanted to destroy you.

Anybody can do anything. You just have to make the demand of yourself and believe that you can do it. Listen not to those miserable people who infect you with their miseries.
